Governance

How the Trust is Managed

Subject to the control of the Board of Trustees, the Managing Trustee is responsible for the administration of the Trust, maintaining its accounts and carrying out the decisions of the Board.

The financial year of the Trust ends on 31st March each year. The Trustees may accept donations and contributions in cash or kind for the furtherance of the Trust’s objectives.
